## The TWA Digitisation Grant 2025 is now CLOSED!
Following a whirlwind few weeks, the [TWA Digitisation Grant 2025](https://www.townswebarchiving.com/digitisation-funding-grant/) is now officially closed for applications.
This is a particularly exciting moment, as we move into the next phase of narrowing down this year’s candidates.
All of the fantastic submissions are now in the hands of our expert judging panel, who are about to dive into the part they enjoy most - discovering the incredible heritage collections just waiting for their time to shine.
Our judges, [John Chambers](https://www.linkedin.com/in/john-chambers-343b7a19/), [Sara Pink](https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarapink/) & [Casper Smithson](https://www.linkedin.com/in/caspergsmithson/), generously volunteer their time and expertise to carefully score each application and begin the difficult task of refining the shortlist, working their way toward that all-important final list of 3 lucky winners.
And with just a few short weeks to complete the process, the pressure is on. Their results must be in ahead of the big Winners Announcement at the [2025 ARA Annual Conference](https://conference.archives.org.uk/?) on 28th August.
## The ARA Annual Conference 2025 - Bristol (27th - 29th August)
For this year's [annual conference](https://conference.archives.org.uk/?), the ARA will be bringing the archives and heritage sector together on the theme of 'Next Generation: Innovation and Imagination in Record Keeping'. ARA’s 2025 conference will take place at Delta Hotels, in Bristol city centre.
We're honoured to announce the grant from such a prestigious event in the heritage calendar and share the great news of this year's TWA Digitisation Grant winners in extremely good company.
But, we also understand that not everyone will be able to make it - so, if you won't be attending, there will also be a live stream of the announcement *(details on how to access the live stream to follow)* so nobody has to miss out on the buzz and the exciting news.
