ARA ANNUAL CONFERENCE: Join us for the live announcement

The TWA Digitisation Grant 2023 is now CLOSED!

After an incredibly fab and buzzing few weeks, the TWA Digitisation Grant 2023 has now closed for applications. This is an exciting moment because it means we can now move onto the next stage, narrowing down this year’s candidates! 

All of the incredible grant applications will now be sent to our judges who will start the reading process and the bit they love best, the discovery of all those wonderful heritage collections just waiting for their time to shine! But this is also a tricky period for our judges, who give up their time and expert opinion to begin allocating points and slimming the submissions until we have that final all-important list. This year’s lucky winners! 

As if that wasn’t enough pressure, our judges have just a few weeks to return their results ready for the big Winners Announcement at the ARA Annual Conference on the 30th of August.  

The ARA Annual Conference 2023 - Belfast 

For this year's annual conference, the ARA will be bringing the archives and heritage sector together on the theme of 'communities'. And, for the first time since 2007, the ARA will be inviting you to join them in the beautiful city of Belfast. With an Information Village and social networking opportunities galore, as well as the chance to share common issues and those situations that unite the record-keeping community, there are so many reasons to book this time off and start preparing to pack. As always, TWA are honoured to announce the grant from such a prestigious event in the heritage calendar and share the great news of this year's TWA Digitisation Grant winners in extremely good company.

But we also understand that Belfast is a long way, and not everyone will be able to make it. If you won't be attending, for whatever reason, there will also be a live stream of the announcement (details on how to access the live stream to follow) so nobody has to miss out on the buzz and the exciting news.
