Importing multiple items at a time

It is now quicker and easier to add items to your archive. We are all busy people, so why add one file at a time when you can speed up the process by adding multiple files? The new and improved import facility allows you to drag and drop as many new files as required, choosing from images, PDFs and now also audio and video files! (more information about audio and video to be announced soon).

New intuitive layout

Data entry just got a new style. Configuration of your import is now organised neatly through a top-of-the-page tab system. Toggle through the available options to setup your import, with the introduction of helpful hints allowing you to import your new files exactly as required.

Review your files before uploading

We have now introduced a ‘review your files’ feature, giving you the opportunity to check the configuration you have selected before you go ahead with your import. Once you are happy with your import configuration, click ‘Upload’, it’s as simple as that.

Import Monitoring Tool

The new Import Monitoring Tool has been created to give you the full control to view the file imports you have pending, running or complete. You now also have the ability to view any potential issues with one of your recent imports and quickly and easily resolve these. The new Import Monitoring Tool can be found in the menu bar, by clicking 'Services' and then 'Imports'.
