Menu improvements: drop-downs and mega menus

Creating sub-menus

When adding a link to a menu in PastView now, you have the additional option of the sub-menu type, which can be a list or mega menu.

Adding a list sub-menu to the top of your menu creates a simple drop-down menu, You can add links to your drop-down menu via the "Add a Sub-menu Link" button, which appears while you have the sub-menu open for editing:

 

 

Choosing mega menu as the sub-menu type expands the options further, allowing creation of a two-dimensional dropdown menu with headings and links under each heading.

This menu type is great for accommodating a large number of options, or for revealing lower-level site pages at a glance.

Once you have created a mega menu sub-menu, you can add further list type sub-menus via the "Add a Sub-menu Link" button, which in turn can have their own links.  The structure is shown while building the menu:
